At BDBG UNLIMITED LLC, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy on most items — no stress, no drama.

🔙 Return Window

You can return eligible products within 30 days of delivery. All we ask is that the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number is enough)

🚚 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at sales@bdbg-unlimited.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund or exchange

💸 Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive your return. You’ll get an email confirmation once it’s processed.

⚠️ Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged, etc.).

🔁 Exchanges

Prefer an exchange instead of a refund? No problem! Just let us know when you email us. We’ll help you get what you actually wanted. 😊

📦 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item was defective, incorrect, or damaged, we cover return shipping

  • For other returns (change of mind, don’t like the color, etc.), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

We’ll always be upfront and fair.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items may be non-returnable, such as:

  • Opened health & personal care items

  • Used grooming or beauty tools

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food items)

We’ll clearly mark these on the product page — no surprises.
